Film 365 Project {Week 3}
Rockport, Tx Photography
One of my favorite lenses is my Canon 50mm 1.4. It's light, fast, and sharp - perfect for indoors or low light situations, and a great walk-around length for a "grab-and-go" lens. It's what I envisioned using as the backbone of this whole 365 project. But it has been misbehaving. It's been back to Canon a couple of times but still has some focus issues. I thought it had been fixed, but when I got this batch of scans back I realized that I've been pretty hard on it over the last eight or nine years! But I'm not giving up yet; I can always use it for freelensing and I'm also going to try a couple of other fixes of my own....
In the meantime, enjoy the third week of my 365 film project on some expired Kodak Portra 160, and some 50mm soft focus.
